Floating Through The Holidays: Halloween Edition

A Grade/Standard grade: They are the closest to perfection we could get. They still might have surface scratches that are inevitable when making pins as all are handmade.

A- Grade: They are almost perfect but have a slight flaw that could include a very small dot on the pin/enamel filling

B Grade/Minor Flaws: These are minor flaws with either pinhole(s), scratches, and enamel filling defects but the pin is still very beautiful.

C Grade/Major Flaws: These are major flawed and have deep scratches, missing metal, or missing enamel.

Exchanges are limited to pin availability.

Returns are not guaranteed and shall be done on a case by case basis.

If return is accepted, customer agrees to pay for return postage.

If a package has been scanned by the postal mail service and was never received, we relinquish any right to send product again as it was out of our control.

All buyers outside of the US are responsible for any import/duties fees which may include VAT fees for the EU/UK. They agree that this will be an extra charge they must pay once the item arrives to the destination. If the item is sent back to us, customer relinquishes the product or has to pay shipping again.
